MDL has received information from your ordering physician indicating patient responsibility for testing services. For further information on the specific nature of the bill, please contact MDL’s Billing Department at 877-333-9233.

Pre-Register

All individuals testing through the Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory need to Pre-Register themselves. You will receive a Testing Code which will be used by our Community Collection Partner. This Testing Code can be used with all Community Collection Partners everytime you need a COVID test.

Find a Community Collection Partner who can collect your COVID-19 sample FREE OF CHARGE. The WSU Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory will receive your sample and return your results in 24-hours.
