What is meadows women’s Center?

Welcome to Meadows Women’s Center! For almost 30 years our mission has been to provide the highest level of women’s health care in Southern Nevada.

How do I login to the women’s care online patient portal?

Select your Women’s Care office from the search list. You will be asked to login using your Patient Portal username and password. Lastly, select a 4-digit or 6-digit PIN.

How do I create an Axia women’s health patient portal?

We are currently transitioning to a new Axia Women’s Health patient portal. To create your new portal account, please call your care center and we will email you a personal link to get started.

How do I access my OB/GYN patient portal?

To access your patient portal for OB/GYN of Indiana, please click on the link below. If you are uncertain as to whether or not you have access to a patient portal, please contact your provider’s office. To access your patient portal for New Jersey please click on the link below.

Make an Appointment

Patients are seen by appointment – on the same day the appointment is made if possible. To schedule an appointment, please call (912) 535-5120 during regular business hours.

New Patients

New patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. You can download, print, and complete the forms prior to your appointment. Please bring the completed forms, a list of all medications you are currently taking, recent copies of x-rays, lab results and your insurance card to your appointment.

Billing

We require payment of your co-payment and past-due account balances at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, debit and all major credit cards.

Insurance

We will submit claims to most major insurance carriers. Please bring your insurance card and I.D. with you to every visit so we can ensure that our records are accurate.

Cancellations or Rescheduling

To better serve the needs of all our patients, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. We make every effort to stay on schedule, although emergencies arise.

Refill Requests

We are happy to help with refill requests during regular office hours, so please call us at (912) 535-5120 to let us know what you need.

After-Hours & Emergencies

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, dial 911. However, if you need after-hours advice for a medical concern, please call (912) 535-5120 and our answering service will assist you.

What does provider answer mean?

Provider Answers: The Provider Answers rating shows the level of patient satisfaction on how the provider was able to answer questions and fully explain treatment.

Can you turn to us for a wellness visit?

Whether you’re preparing for surgery or seeing us for a wellness visit, you can turn to us to answer your questions and help you understand your plan of care. We can even help you find a physician specialist if you need one.
