If the record is needed urgently, please note STAT on the request. When a child is born at Medical City Plano, we submit the Birth Certificate information to the Bureau of Vital Statistics.

Free valet parking is available at the entrance of Doctor's Office Building 1 (facing Coit) from 7:00am - 5:00pm, the Emergency Room entrance from 9:00am - 5:00pm, and the South Main entrance (15th street entrance) from 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Located in the Atrium Lobby, the shop is open from 9:00am - 8:00pm Monday - Friday, and from 10:00am - 6:00pm Saturday, and 11:00am – 3:00pm Sunday. To order flowers for a patient through the gift shop, call (972) 519-1270 .
