Mile Bluff Medical Center files your claims for hospital inpatient services, professional services provided at any of our clinic facilities, outpatient services (i.e. rehabilitation, audiology, etc.), laboratory services, and radiology services provided at any Mile Bluff facility. Your Mile Bluff payments can be made through an online portal.

Your Mile Bluff payments can be made through an online portal. You also have the option to sign up for eStatements. Instead of receiving a paper bill in the mail, you can view your statements online. Both can be done through our online bill pay system .

Where can I Park at Mile Bluff Hospital?

Vehicles with courtesy parking passes may park in the lot located on the far side of the hospital, around the corner from the main entrance. There is a courtesy entrance on the side of the building.. Mile Bluff Cafe is located on the second floor of the medical center.

Recording Devices

The protection of confidential patient information, and the rights and privacy of staff members, is extremely important at Mile Bluff. Because of this, all patients and visitors are asked not to use recording devices in public areas of the hospital, nursing & rehabilitation centers, clinics and other facilities.

Parking

Parking is available for visitors and patient directly in front of the medical center. There is a drop-off and pick-up area in front of the main entrance of the hospital, and at all outreach facilities, for those who need it. However, it is not an area to park your vehicle during an appointment or visit.

Mile Bluff Café

Mile Bluff Cafe is located on the second floor of the medical center. The café provides delicious food, drinks, coffee and snacks for patients, visitors and the general public. With unique and flavorful daily specials, Mile Bluff Café is open Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 7 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 1 pm.

Interpreter Services

We contract with a company to provide foreign language and American Sign Language interpreting services. There are interpreters for a variety of languages available. If you are in need of interpreter services, please call 608-847-6161 to arrange for the service to be available for your appointment.

Mile Bluff Is Smoke-Free

All Mile Bluff facilities are non-smoking facilities and campuses. Please remember that smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the building or on the grounds.

What happens if Mile Bluff is unable to pay?

If Mile Bluff is unable to obtain payment from your insurance company, you will be billed for the remaining balance.

What to do if you can't pay for a patient?

You are asked to come prepared to pay for all known patient expenses, such as co-payments, deductibles, coinsurance or non-covered amounts. If you are not able to pay in full at the time of service, a patient representative can help you work out a reasonable payment plan.

Does Mile Bluff have Medicaid?
