After your tests are scheduled, you may receive important test preparations and instructions in the mail or by fax. Then, when you come to the hospital, you can go directly to the department where you will have your procedure. After your tests are performed, your results will be expedited to your physician, because at Moses Taylor, we know that you’ll want to know as soon as possible.
At Moses Taylor Hospital, we realize you are busy, and time is tight. Pre-registration allows patients to call in advance for upcoming scheduled appointments. For expectant parents, please fill out as many forms as possible prior to your due date, as it eliminates reporting to the registration desk, and you may go directly to the Family Birthing Suites on the 5 th floor of the hospital.
