MountainView Regional Medical Center is pleased to offer patients easy, secure and convenient access to their personal health information via its new MyHealthHome online portal and mobile app, with access to information for visits starting on 12/8/2021 . Through our new MyHealthHome patient portal, you can:
Enrollment Invitation – MountainView Regional Medical Center will send a text and / or email to the email address and / or cell phone number you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.
The navigation for this new portal is different and we have prepared this section to help you with any difficulties you may experience in the transition. In order to authenticate each parent/guardian with each child in a safe and secure way, you will be provided a secure PIN for each unique child which will come under separate emails.
You will need the patient PIN number provided by the office via your Welcome Email. Parents will register themselves for the portal and then use the patient PIN provided to them to add each child to their account.
What is MyHealthHome? MyHealthHome is a free, secure online patient portal that gives you access to your health information anytime, day or night. The new patient portal is powered by MphRx.

How can I access my child’s or other family member’s health information? If you are interested in MyHealthHome access for your child (ren) or an adult for whom you are legally responsible and that individual is a patient, you will need to request access via the instructions here for information on how to grant access to a designated caregiver/guardian..
Will my portal information be secure? Yes. MyHealthHome uses a secure, encrypted connection and all health data is stored on a secure server. Personal and medical information in the MyHealthHome portal remains confidential. Only you – and those you authorize – are able to see or gain access to the information in your portal.
The UpDox patient portal is used to view the patient's chart information and to view and/or send messages to and from the health care provider team at Mountain View Family Practice, PC. To sign up for UpDox, please contact the office at (978) 939-2133.
