What information is included in the new health patient portal?

(When granted access) The NEW Health Patient Portal only includes medical information that has been added after October 14, 2019. For information prior to October 14, 2019, please use Previous Patient Portals.

Where is outpatient registration located at MVH?

Outpatient Registration is located on the first floor of the hospital, beyond the Concierge Desk. Beginning October 1, 2019, MVH will allow patients to access their health information through an application programming interface (API).

What is mhealth portal?

MHealth is the mobile version of our Patient and Consumer Health Portal, which offers secure and convenient access to your health information at your fingertips, on your mobile device or tablet. MHealth offers a wide range of results and features that allow you to better manage your and your family's care.

Can a minor have proxy access in Pennsylvania?

For children ages 13-17, parents may have proxy access if the minor patient signs an authorization form. Once the child turns 18, your access to their my MVH record account is deactivated.

Can you copy and paste a password on MVH?

Yes. The my MVH record Portal passwords are encrypted and URLs are re-written so that they cannot be copied and pasted. Only you and those you designate can access your my MVH record Portal. Also, a timeout feature protects your information if you leave the Portal page open.

Two Ways to Create Your MyHealthHome Account

Enrollment Invitation – MountainView Regional Medical Center will send a text and / or email to the email address and / or cell phone number you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.

Note to previous Portal Users

Previous Portal Users will need to create an account with MyHealthHome in order to continue accessing their personal health information. Information contained in the previous patient portal can still be accessed by contacting your local hospital. Click here for information on how to do that.
