How to access patient portal?

Access Patient Portal. Click Settings > Patient Portal . The Patient Portal Dashboard page launches in a web browser. An alternate way to access the Patient Portal is to: Open a web browser and type portal.kareo.com in the address bar. Click For Doctors on the bottom. The Patient Portal landing page opens. Click Sign in on the upper right.

What is mhealth portal?

MHealth is the mobile version of MEDITECH’s Patient and Consumer Health Portal for your mobile device or tablet. If you already have a Patient Portal account through St. Margaret’s, then you are ready to begin.

Can you access your family's information?

You can also use it to access information for family members and individuals for whom you provide care if given permission. Rest assured, it is completely secure, so you can be confident that your private information is protected . Only you – or an authorized family member – can access your information.

Can I give my family access to my MyCare portal?

Yes, you can give family members over the age of 18, such as spouses or healthcare proxies, access to your portal. This needs to be done within our healthcare facility and requires consent from you and your family member (s). An email address may only be used once for the MyCare portal.

Can I use my email for my care portal?

An email address may only be used once for the MyCare portal. Download the MyCare Proxy Access form. When filling out the MyCare Proxy Access form, the patient is the person who already has a portal account and the proxy is the person to be added to the patient's existing account. Is my information safe? Yes.
