My Health Info – Patient Portal

My Health Info is an interactive web portal that empowers Newman Regional Health patients and their families to take a more active role in their care by providing easy, secure access to health information via the internet. My Health Info provides patients with access to their laboratory results, recorded home medications, allergies, visit history, upcoming appointment lists, demographic information, as well as much more.

Requesting Your Medical Records

Newman Regional Health now offers an online records request tool that verifies your identity by asking for a photo of your driver’s license, which can be taken via webcam or smartphone. There is no additional charge to use this service. Please note, Chrome, Safari and Firefox are the recommended browsers for this application.

Can I link my health information to a health app?

If you would like to access your health information via a health application of your choice, please call 866-465-9005.

What if a provider I want to send a message to is not listed in the drop-down box?

Not all providers will be able to receive a message through secure messaging. If the provider you are trying to send a message to is not listed, please call your provider’s office.

Can I make a clinic appointment online?

Most routine clinic appointments can be scheduled through MyHealth Info. If you have special circumstances that require more care coordination, please call your clinic directly.

Can I pay my bill online?

Yes, once inside MyHealth Info, click on the Billing button. Click on the account you wish to pay. Then click on the Make a Payment button to the right of your bill. If you have both hospital and clinic bills, you will need to pay each separately.

Where does my health information in MyHealth Info come from?

All of the information comes from your Northfield Hospital + Clinics electronic health record. This ensures that you have access to the most accurate, up-to-date information possible.

I forgot my password. How do I get a new one?

You can get a new password by clicking on the “Forgot password” link on the MyHealth Info welcome page. You will be prompted to enter your Logon ID and email address. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

I forgot my Login ID. How Do I get a new one?

If you forget your Logon ID, please contact MyHealth Info Services Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 866-465-9005 or via email myhealthinfo@northfieldhospital.org (link sends e-mail).

How to access health records?

Access to your personal health records easily using a desktop or laptop computer (and for some locations a mobile app), which may include the following: 1 A list of current allergies, immunizations, medications, and health issues. 2 A history of imaging, laboratory, and pathology test results, as well as procedures performed. 3 Your latest vital signs, including blood pressure. 4 Health records relating to an emergency room visit, surgery, or hospital stay, including a summary of your hospital visit. 5 Discharge instructions and patient education to help you better manage your own care after you leave the hospital or your physician office.
