1. VISIT any NCH affiliate website. 2. CLICK on the Patient Portal link. 3. COMPLETE the enrollment form with your name, date of birth, social security or medical record number and email address. 4. CHECK your email for a confirmation and click on the provided link to the Portal. 5.

Can you copy and paste your password on the Portal?

Yes. Portal passwords are encrypted and URLs are re-writtern so that they cannot be copied and pasted. You and authorized family members are the only ones who can access your Portal. Also, a timeout feature protects your information if you happen to leave the Portal page open.
