St. Margaret’s is happy to announce that all patients can now access the Patient Portal through a brand new smartphone app called MHealth! MHealth is the mobile version of MEDITECH’s Patient and Consumer Health Portal for your mobile device or tablet. If you already have a Patient Portal account through St. Margaret’s, then you are ready to begin.
Provide an e-mail address to St. Margaret’s Health-Peru Patient Access and Registration staff. You will receive an e-mail message containing a link to the MyIVCH Patient Portal. Click on the link to go to the portal. You will be prompted to set up your patient portal account.
Enter your demographic information, create your account username and password, select and answer a security question, and agree to the Cerner patient portal terms of use and privacy policy and click "Create Account."

St. Margaret’s Health – Spring Valley and St. Margaret’s Health – Peru offer patients and their families access to health information online—anywhere and anytime. Securely view health information on your computer, phone or mobile device using our patient portals.
In the portal, click 'Messaging' from the options on the left. Select 'Inbox'. Click 'Send a message'. Select provider to send request to.

If during the self-enrollment process your identity cannot be matched to a patient record, you will be notified that you do not qualify for self-enrollment. This can happen for a variety of reasons. Simply contact your provider office and request an invitation to join the patient portal.
Simply bring in the paperwork which states you have POA or legal guardianship along with a picture id for yourself to the Health Information Management team at the MMH Main Campus, 321 Mitchell Ave, Batesville.
If you prefer not to wait until then to enroll, you may self-register online.
Self-enrollment is currently not available for children, caregivers or guardians. If you manage the health of a patient, talk to the patient’s health care provider during the next visit to receive a personal invitation to view their health information.
