You can also use another application to access your health information, if you prefer. To do so, you will need to first set up a portal account with My OneCare.

The username and password you choose will be the security component for your health information and make it possible for you to access and import it.

Once you access your MyOneChart account, if you do not see the health information you're looking for please call 404-531-5888 . Patients over 14 years of age who provided their registrar with an email address will automatically receive an email invitation to sign up for their MyOneChart account.
