How do I access myuhcare personal health on my mobile device?

You can now sign up for and access your MyUHCare Personal Health directly from your mobile device using the FollowMyHealth app, the UH Now app, or your mobile internet browser. From your MyUHCare PHR on your iOS (Apple) or Android phone or tablet, you can secure messages to your doctor, request prescription refills and request appointments.

What is the phone number for HUHS?

For Primary Care and Urgent Care, please call (617) 495-5711 for assistance and scheduling. Please do not walk into HUHS unless you have been instructed to do so. As always, if you are experiencing a medical emergency please continue to call 911 or go to your closest Emergency Department.

Is HUHS a MIIS?

As of January 2018, HUHS will be participating in the Massachusetts Immunization Information System (MIIS). This state-regulated program provides for centralized record-keeping of all of your immunization records for you and your healthcare provider in a secure, safe, and confidential site.

How long does it take to create a portal account for UHS?

If you plan to visit UHS in person, or if you recently visited: Follow instructions printed for you at check-out. Create your account within 30 days after receiving instructions.

How to get my MRN number?

Get your medical record number (MRN) and activation code by calling the Patient Portal Help Desk at 734-615-0872 (7:30 am - 4 pm). Then create your account at MyUofMHealth.org by clicking the blue "Sign Up Now" button.

If you need assistance please contact the Nurse Advice Line at (512) 475-6877 (NURS) Find out what to do in a non-emergency situation while UHS is closed. For severe or potentially life-threatening medical or mental health emergencies. call 911 or go to a local hospital emergency room.

When will we be able to access medical records?

Beginning April 5 we will be making it easier for you to access your medical record. This is due to a new provision in the law called the 21st Century Cures Act.
