An internet browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari). Please note when using Internet Explorer you can view MyHealth using Internet Explorer versions 6, 7 or 8, for the optimal experience, we recommend using version 9 and above.

How many characters are needed to log into MyHealth?

You will need to select a password that has at least 6 characters, at least 1 capital letter and at least 1 number.

Can you contact Trinity Health for username and password?

In addition, all your health information is encrypted; which means you are the only one who can view it. Finally, MyHealth does not cache web pages; which means that no health information is getting saved on your computer.

The 21st Century Cures Act is a recent federal mandate that expands access to medical information. Pursuant to the Cures Act, Nuvance Health will release most test results (excluding genetics) and provider notes through the patient portal as soon as they are available.
