Call our support line at 847.425.3900. Please know that NorthShore will never call and charge you money to help you sign-up for NorthShoreConnect; and we will never ask for remote access to your computer. If you receive such a call, please hang up because this is a scam.
How do I set up my Own Patient Portal account?
You can also set up your own patient portal account by using our self-enrollment tool. My Health Rec is available for all patients who have registered and had services provided to them from the facility. Already registered? Log in. Where can I get FollowMyHealth?
You can install the free FollowMyHealth app from the iTunes App Store or Google Play store. Once you have the app, you can choose to specify certain notifications be sent via text message to your mobile phone. Text messages will not contain protected health information.
