What happens when I connect my health record outside of Northside?

When you connect your health record to the app of your choice or elect to transmit your health record outside of our medical record system, Northside is then no longer managing the security and use of your data and you are responsible for protecting that data, which may no longer be secure.

How do I Activate my Northside account?

Personal Invite - During your visit to Northside you provided us with your personal e-mail for your invitation. Click on the link included in your e-mail from Northside or cut and paste to your web browser to activate your account.
