Through our new MyHealthHome patient portal, you can: Enrollment Invitation – Northwest Healthcare will send an email to the email address you provided upon registration to the hospital.

Two Ways to Create Your MyHealthHome Account

Enrollment Invitation – Northwest Healthcare will send an email to the email address you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.

At the hospital patient portal, you can access read-only medical information through our secure server. This includes educational materials, information on your current medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and lab test results. All information is pulled directly from your electronic health records.
