Anyone who is ill is asked to not visit or accompany patients.
One visitor, age 18 or older, per adult patient. Two visitors, ages 18 or older, per pediatric patient.
All adult hospital inpatients, except those in isolation, may have one visitor at a time, age 18 or older, 24/7.
All visitors must strictly follow personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines and must stay in the patient’s room throughout the visit.
Vaccination appointments are available and strongly recommended for those eligible per state guidelines.
If you are 12 years of age or older and symptomatic with confirmed COVID-19, you may be eligible for Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) antibody treatment.

Supporting documentation may be indicated at the time of your request for release of medical information. You may now submit this required documentation online and a Health Information Management associate will verify and process the documents.
