How do I set up the NMC patient portal?

You will receive an email from the NMC HIM Department with the info you need to set up the portal. For help setting up or accessing your account, contact Health Information Management (HIM) at 802-524-1060. You can also use a free app to access our Patient Portal.

How do I get help setting up my account with NRMC?

For help setting up your account, please call 417-667-3355. We are excited to announce that NRMC now also supports health records in the Health app, which is available to patients with an iPhone running iOS 11.3 or later.

NRMC Health Information Services

Medical records are an important part of your health care. These records are a written history of your health condition and treatment. They are used by doctors, hospitals, health care clinics, and other health care practitioners and facilities to treat you.

Easily access and visualize your health records in the Health app on iPhone

We are excited to announce that NRMC now also supports health records in the Health app, which is available to patients with an iPhone running iOS 11.3 or later.

What is a patient advocate?

The Patient Advocate is the voice of the patient and family and works to enhance the quality of clinical care, clinical service, and clinical systems while ensuring patient safety. Patients and families may contact the patient advocate if they have concerns or suggestions for patient care improvements.

What is the phone number for a PTC?

What time does a nurse bring food to a patient?

Your meals will be brought to you in the morning between 7:00 am and 8:00 am, at lunch between 11:30 am and 12:00 noon, and dinner from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Light meals and snacks, depending on your diet restrictions, if any, are available by talking with your nurse.

Where are long distance calls collected?

All long distance calls must be collect or billed to your home phone line and may be placed by dialing 0. The switchboard will then place the long-distance call. Pay phones are located in the hospital in numerous locations for visitor convenience. Please leave valuables at home or send them home with family members.

Is Natchitoches Regional Medical Center a tobacco free hospital?

Do not bring medications from home. Natchitoches Regional Medical Center is a Tobacco Free Campus.

Faster Results Through Your Patient Portal

Faster Results: Tests and reports are now available as soon as they are finalized. Prior to this, some laboratory results and imaging reports were not available immediately after they were finalized. This change means that you may see test results before your care team is able to review them.
