View Personal Health Information: After registering for the patient portal, patients will have the ability to view and download care summaries for all appointments with OAA medical providers. View Billing Statements and Balances: Logging into the patient portal allows patients to see up-to-date statements and balances.
Are Patient Portal emails being received? It has been known that spam blocking software used by email providers such as AOL and Netzero may be blocking legitimate emails. To ensure that you are receiving Patient Portal emails please do the following: Add NextMD.com to your contact list, address list, safe list, or "Do Not Block" list.
Your licence/individual account is separate from your Certificate of Practice account due to Regulatory Requirements. Follow the instructions below to retrieve your user credentials.
Your OAA username is "OAA" followed by your OAA Account ID. e.g. "OAA12345".
Passwords are encrypted and cannot be retrieved online or by staff. To reset your password click the "Forgot Password" link to have a password reset email sent to your email address of record.
