How do I access the patient portal?

Click HERE or use the patient portal button at the top of our page. Please note that the portal is only monitored from 8am until 4:30pm, Monday-Friday. If you would like assistance by phone during business hours, please call 814-459-1851. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

What are the hours of operation for the patient portal?

What happens if you miss an appointment at Oga?

OGA will charge a fee of $75 for all missed appointments (no-shows) and for appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time. No-showing or rescheduling within 24 hours does not give OGA enough time to allot the time to another patient who may be waiting for care. The $75 fee will be charged to the patient.
