Access Patient Portal. Click Settings > Patient Portal . The Patient Portal Dashboard page launches in a web browser. An alternate way to access the Patient Portal is to: Open a web browser and type portal.kareo.com in the address bar. Click For Doctors on the bottom. The Patient Portal landing page opens. Click Sign in on the upper right.

If you received care at Kootenai Health (admitted as a patient, had blood drawn at the Kootenai Health lab, visited the emergency department, or had an MRI, CT or CAT scan at Kootenai Health).

Kootenai Health’s health portal is completely secure, so you can be confident that your private information is protected. Only you, or an authorized family member, can access your information through the portal.

Online bill pay

You will either need the billing account number and the patient's date of birth or the guarantor ID to make a payment.

Access your patient records on the go. Available on Apple and Android phones, tablets and watches.
