What is the ONS patient portal?

The secure, encrypted ONS Patient Portal allows you to send a question directly to your physician, and gives you the freedom to complete and/or update your registration, health and medication forms and more, at a time that is most convenient for you.

How do I register for an appointment at ons?

Once you’ve scheduled your appointment, you will receive a confirmation text or email. Click the link in the email to complete your registration form. New patients will also fill out a medical history form. Face masks are required in all ONS facilities.

In order to limit the number of people in our facilities, we request that patients not bring friends or family members to their visit unless they require physical assistance.

Does the patient portal support sharing health information via apps?

Beyond the Patient Portal, we also support sharing health information via apps that use an Application Programming Interface (API), used by many mobile device apps. We have enabled the necessary solutions to receive requests from API applications, however, to date, there are no apps available that can connect to our data.
