How does the payment plan work at OSS?

OSS offers a remarkably flexible payment program. For most companies, payment is due in full within 30 days. At OSS, all patients get to choose from multiple payment plan options. The options permit patients to: Divide the total amount due into multiple, smaller monthly payments Choose what day of each month to charge your account.

How do I log in to the patient portal?

Log in to the portal using your ONID username and password. New student data is loaded into the patient portal two terms (6 months) prior to your scheduled start date. If you attempt to login too far in advance, the system will not allow it.

How long does it take for OSS to pay?

What is the Olympic Sports and Spine portal?

Patients who have an e-mail address will receive a link to Olympic Sports & Spine’s portal or “ Patient Dashboard ”. This is sent after your first appointment is scheduled. Using this portal, patients can complete their paperwork online at their convenience prior to the first appointment. This will save time on the day of your first visit.

How to do telehealth?

Telehealth uses live video and sound to connect you with your therapist. To participate in a Telehealth visit please make note of the following: 1 ‍ Equipment - You will need a computer, tablet or mobile device with internet access, a camera and a microphone. Most smartphones (iPhone, Android) have this capability along with iPads and Laptops. If you are using a desktop computer, please make sure you have a webcam, microphone and speakers.#N#‍ 2 Space – You should have a large enough space to move around. Your therapist may have you stand, sit or do other activities during your session. Please remove obstacles such as cords and tables that may be a tripping or safety hazard.#N#‍ 3 Privacy – For your Telehealth visit, we recommend that you choose a quiet and private space where you can speak freely to your therapist. This will limit distractions and also help keep your communications private. Turn off radios, TV’s and other items that may interfere with the audio quality during your session.#N#‍ 4 Clothes - We recommend you wear the same clothes that you would wear to an in-person visit with your therapist. Loose fitting shirts and shorts are the best option.

Does Olympic Sports and Spine offer telehealth?

Olympic Sports & Spine is pleased to offer Telehealth visits during the COVID-19 outbreak. Telehealth visits are delivered over the internet from our computers to your computer or smartphone. This is a great, alternative way to receive therapy and support social distancing priorities.

Does Olympic Sports and Spine collect co-payments?

Olympic Sports & Spine will not collect co-payments or any other fees at the time of a Telehealth visit. The Telehealth consultation will be billed to your insurance company. Any co-payment or other fees such as a co-insurance or deductible responsibility will be billed to you after your insurance has processed the claim for the telehealth session.

Does OSS use a credit card?

OSS uses a secure bill pay system, just like that used by banks and utility companies. All you need to do is decide if you prefer to use a credit card or your checking account for future payments. Think about this before your first visit and bring your credit card or your checking account number with you.

Do you need a referral for Olympic Sports and Spine?

At Olympic Sports & Spine you have the option to receive physical or massage therapy services without a prescription or referral from your physician. (For massage, a referral is required if OSS will be billing insurance. No referral is needed if you choose to pay out of pocket.)
