His residency was completed at The Reading Hospital in Pennsylvania. Dr. Ouano is also a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in biology.

Licensed in 2010 as a registered nurse, Nathaniel Farden, NP, earned his BSN in 2012 from Western University. Farden joined Oswego Health as an RN in the emergency department in 2015, then later transitioned as a utilization RN in case management in 2016 while continuing his schooling.

Douglas Guenter, MD, earned his bachelor’s degree from Bethel College in St. Paul, Minnesota, and his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Guenter served seven years in the U.S. Air Force and obtained the rank of major.
