What is happening to Parkside Medical Centre’s Patient Portal?

As part of the transition for the merge into Timaru Medical Centre, Parkside Medical Centre will be changing their patient portal from Health365 to ManageMyHealth™ from 22nd November 2021. An activation email will be sent to all current users of Health365 before this date.

Who can access a patient’s confidential medical information on Parkview?

A patient’s confidential medical information on Parkview Patient Portal will be accessible only to appropriate clinical staff. The e-mails, as part of the medical record, may also be shared with your health plan for billing purposes without separate consent.
