How do I register at Parkwest Medical Center?

Complete the form and click “Register.” 5. Choose Parkwest Medical Center in the “add a doctor” section during registration. You will receive an email with your username – please remember your password. Your information should be available three days after you are discharged. Information for minors will not be available online.

We are here to help get you enrolled. Submit an online request or call us at (865) 374-5260, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. If you are asked to leave a message, we will call you back as soon as we can during business hours.

Hospital records from before July 2018 can be obtained by calling Covenant Health Information Management at (865) 374-5269.
