PatientLink is CAMC’s patient portal. A patient portal allows you to electronically access your health records and other information about your care. Once you are enrolled in PatientLink, you can use it from your computer, tablet or phone. PatientLink is convenient, free and secure.
You can reach the office to request records by calling (304) 388-1308. Please refer to the CAMC Notice of Privacy Practices for more detailed information regarding how medical information about you may be used and disclosed.
With CMC/CPG Patient Portal You Can: View your lab and pathology results in the privacy of your own home. (CPG practices will have this available for viewing on August 7, 2017) Request appointments online with your CPG provider. Securely message your CPG provider at a time that fits your schedule.
If you have questions about proxy account access or the proxy access forms, please visit the proxy account information page or email patientlink_support@camc.org. If you have questions about your test results, you should follow up with your physician.
