Access or Request Medical Records Medical records can be accessed online, by mail, or by fax. The easiest way to see and update your medical records is using the Inspira Patient Portal or MyInspira app.
Through the Patient Portal, you can communicate with your Inspira Medical Group provider, renew prescriptions, manage appointments, access visit summaries and educational materials, and view your current medications, allergies, immunizations, health problems/procedures, and select lab results. New users can self-enroll here.
Individuals 18 years and older are eligible to create a MyInspira Patient Portal account.
