How do I access my medical information at Lawrence General Hospital?

Your medical information will remain available at any time, but visits to Lawrence General Hospital for inpatient or outpatient services will now be documented in our new electronic medical record system. What will happen to the Lowell General Hospital portal after 2022?

Please note that after April 2, 2022 the portal will be read-only and NO LONGER BE ACCEPTING INCOMING MESSAGES. There are a number of ways to stay up to date with Lowell General Hospital.

What is the new patient portal for CMA patients?

Starting June 28, 2021, CMA patients will be transitioning to the same Patient Portal that all Lawrence General Hospital patients currently use. CMA will archive each patient’s entire medical record collection for exactly one year. These can be accessed in the Health Portal we are transitioning away from.

Make an Appointment

Patients are seen by appointment – on the same day the appointment is made if possible. To schedule an appointment, please call during regular business hours.

New Patients

New patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. You can download, print, and complete the forms prior to your appointment. Please bring the completed forms, a list of all medications you are currently taking, recent copies of x-rays, lab results and your insurance card to your appointment.

Billing

Payment for deductibles, co-payment, and/or co-insurance is expected at the time of service.

Insurance

We will submit claims to most major insurance carriers. Please bring your insurance card and I.D. with you to every visit so we can ensure that our records are accurate.

Billing & Insurance FAQs

On your statement under the Description column, you will see an asterisk (*) beside the line item detail which will indicate that insurance has been filed and charges are pending payment from your insurance carrier.

Cancellations or Rescheduling

To better serve the needs of all our patients, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. We make every effort to stay on schedule, although emergencies arise.

We are happy to help with refill requests during regular office hours, so please call us at to let us know what you need.
