How do I register for a patient portal?

Welcome to your patient portal. Once you have an account that is linked to our system you can conveniently communicate with your provider's office. In order to register for an account you must be seen at one of our offices. Call your physician office to obtain registration details.

What is a hospital-based patient portal?

The hospital-based patient portal provides secure access to your electronic medical record. View your laboratory results, imaging results (x-ray, CT, MRI), medications, allergies, medical problems, discharge instructions, visits, appointments and more.

How do I request access to Tufts Medical Center patient portals?

Use the links below to request access, register your account and login to your patient portals. There are currently multiple portals available to Tufts Medical Center patients. This is because our physicians and clinics have chosen the best possible portals for their individual patient groups.

Are there any mobile apps available for the patient portal?

Beyond the Patient Portal, we can enable certain mobile apps that meet requisite technical specification and security requirements to provide you access to your health information in a safe and secure way. Currently no mobile apps have been configured to connect to our system.
