One way we do that is by giving you access to your health information when and where you want it. Our patient portals offer you convenient, personalized, and secure online access to part of your health records from participating Munson Healthcare hospitals, clinics, and doctor’s offices: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How do I get in touch with Munson Healthcare?
Each patient must have their own email address. Leave a message at 231-398-1030 if you have questions, and a staff member will call you back. Munson Healthcare now offers you the ability to securely connect your health records to some third-party websites, health management apps or diet/fitness trackers like Apple Health.
How do I sign up for the patient portal?
After you login, you will be able to directly access your patient portal. There are 3 easy ways to sign up. Enroll online to access your medical records and health information and our participating clinics and doctor's offices. Call us at 231-935-2026 to receive an email invitation to enroll.
What is the myhealthinfo patient portal?
Munson Healthcare has contracted with Cerner Health (Cerner) to provide a patient portal known as MyHealthInfo. MyHealthInfo is a web-based, secure portal that is hosted, maintained and operated by Cerner.
