Our Patient Portal Is Now Up And Running! The next time you bring your child in for a checkup, let the receptionist know that you’d like to set up a portal account. You will need to provide an email address and we will in turn give you a code.

The next time you bring your child in for a checkup, let the receptionist know that you’d like to set up a portal account. You will need to provide an email address and we will in turn give you a code. You will be able to see your child’s visit history, lab results, immunization records, request appointments and MORE.

How do I register to use the patient portal?

We are excited to bring you our patient portal. Before using the portal for the first time you will need to register using a PIN obtained from our office. If you do not have a PIN please email us at portalhelp@pediatricassociatesnky.com and we will email you a pin and instructions.

Is Pfizer available for Arizona?

The vaccine manufactured by Pfizer has authorization for use in kids 16 and over and there are ongoing trials to look at younger ages. There are many other vaccines currently completing late stage trials as well. - COVID-19 vaccines are now available for all Arizona children and adults 12 and over.
