Dr. Schleier received a BA with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin. She earned her medical degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas and completed her pediatric residency at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas.

Wincy Peveto Tomecko M.D., F.A.A.P

Dr. Tomecko graduated with honors in 1996 from the University of Texas at Austin. In 2000, she earned her medical degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, and completed residency training in pediatrics at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas in 2003.

Carissa Meyer, M.D., F.A.A.P

Dr. Meyer received her BA in Biochemistry and graduated with honors from The University of Texas at Austin. She earned her medical degree at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas in 2000 and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.

Khyati Desai, M.D., F.A.A.P

Dr. Desai received her BBA in Business Honors and Accounting along with a minor in Biology with highest honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 2003. She earned her medical degree in 2008 from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical center where she received clerkship honors in Pediatrics.

Marlea Jeter, M.S.N., R.N., C.P.N.P.-PC

Marlea earned her RN from South Plains College in 2006. She moved to the Metroplex and started working on a post-surgical floor. During that time she returned to school and received her BSN from Texas Tech University Health Science Center. In 2010, she found her true passion of working with children with congenital heart disease.

Ayesha Ahmad Anwar, M.D., F.A.A.P

Dr. Ahmad Anwar graduated with a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Texas at Austin in 2002 and then earned her medical degree at the UT Health Science Center in San Antonio in 2007. She went on to complete her pediatric residency training at the Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC in 2010.

Katherine (Kelli) Marcella, M.S.N., A.P.R.N., C.P.N.P.-PC

Kelli a a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She earned her BSN from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1994. Soon after graduating she moved to DFW where she began her career as a nurse in pediatrics at Lewisville Medical Center. She earned her MSN in Child-Health Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington in 1998 and became a PNP.
