Only the following Express permits are available online in the Pinellas County Access Portal. Each item listed may represent multiple permit types. If the permit type is not on this list, a paper application must be submitted to our office.
A current state-issued photo ID, such as a drivers's license or a State identification card, must be uploaded in order for Pinellas County Building Services to grant permissions, a process that may take up to 24 hours. Private provider permits must be mailed in or applied for in person at the Building Department.
Landscape and fertilizer decal applications are now being processed through the Pinellas County Access Portal. Note: Mangrove permitting is not available through the Pinellas County Access Portal at this time.
The Patient Portal allows users to sign up for vaccines in Pinellas County as well as COVID-19 testing in other counties. Make sure you’ve signed up for a vaccine appointment.
Residents 16 and older can register for a vaccine appointment on the CDR Health Patient Portal, PatientPortalFL.com, or by phone at (844) 770-8548.
The Area Agency on Aging helps Pinellas seniors find free or low cost local transportation via their Helpline at 1-800-963-5337.
Starting May 17, DOH-Pinellas will begin offering vaccines by appointment at St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Mid-County centers. Appointments available at St. Petersburg and Clearwater on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; Mid-County appointments will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Ron DeSantis has directed the Florida Department of Health and the Florida Division of Emergency Management to coordinate with the Florida Department of Veterans’ Affairs to identify veterans of World War II and the Korean War who are unable to travel to receive a vaccine.
If you received your vaccination at a pharmacy or private health care provider, they should be able to look up your records and make a new card. The Florida Department of Health or your personal physician can also pull your record from the Florida Shots database.

The CDC has now approved a lower dose Pfizer vaccine for children ages 5-11. The vaccine is currently being made available at pediatricians’ offices and at local pharmacies. Check for availability.
