Our mission at Polley Clinic is to stay economically viable and deliver the best care possible to the people of eastern North Carolina.
When a patient is a no-show, we cannot deliver care to another patient in need, and we lose revenue. Polley Clinic typically has a 12-15% daily no-show rate. As a result, Polley Clinic must then “overbook” the schedule.
If you do not log in to the patient portal to fill out the necessary forms, you are required to arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out the forms in the office.
Polley Clinic is a rural medical provider, and demand for our services is high. Our schedule allows for different types of services in different appointment time slots. We do our best to see each patient at their scheduled appointment time.
At the hospital or practice registration desk (where you “check-in”), ask the registrar to activate your Patient Portal.
MyCareCorner is your new and improved patient portal. The new portal took effect on November 1st. What does this mean for our current and new patients?
