Porter Medical Center’s Patient Portals are online tools that help you to manage your healthcare easily and securely, allowing you to view your personal health record whenever and where ever you have access to the intranet. Porter has two separate patient portals that you can access, depending on the service you are using:

What is northwest health patient portal?

Northwest Health provides a patient portal help you be informed about your care and what you need to do to stay healthy. The patient portal is a secure, online home for your inpatient hospital health information.

How do I sign up for the Porter Hospital portal?

The FIRST STEP is to sign up for the Portal at your local provider office or Porter Hospital. (Due to HIPAA requirements, you must sign up in person) Once the Portal is activated, you will log on using the the “Hospital Portal” link above. Then, simply enter your user name and password.

Is there a MyHealth portal available?

MyHealth Portal is available. Our patients are able to access their health information, review test results and pay bills online via the Porter MyHealth Portal. Sign up in our office. More information.

Where does my health information in the Portal come from?#N#All of the information in the Portal comes from your Porter Medical Center Electronic Health Record. This ensures that you have access to the most accurate, up-to-date information possible.

There is a Contact Us section on the homepage of the Portal that allows you to submit any questions you have regarding the Portal.

Does Porter have a patient portal?

Two Ways to Create Your MyHealthHome Account

Enrollment Invitation – Northwest Health - Porter will send an email to the email address you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.

Note to previous Portal Users

Previous Portal Users will need to create an account with MyHealthHome in order to continue accessing their personal health information. Information contained in the previous patient portal can still be accessed by contacting your local hospital. Click here for information on how to do that.
