What is the physician payment portal?

How do I access my medical records?

It gives you access to most of your medical records on your desktop computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone 24 hours a day. You can download the MyHealthOne mobile app to keep all your important medical information in a convenient, mobile-friendly format. Note: some medical records may only be available through our hospital Medical Records office.

Billing

We require payment of your co-payment and past-due account balances at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, debit and all major credit cards.

Insurance

We will submit claims to most major insurance carriers. Please bring your insurance card and I.D. with you to every visit so we can ensure that our records are accurate.

New Patients

New patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. In many cases, you can download, print, and complete the forms prior to your appointment. Please look under FORMS to see if your provider has them available prior to your appointment.

Cancellations or Rescheduling

To better serve the needs of all our patients, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. We make every effort to stay on schedule, although emergencies arise. If we are seriously delayed, we attempt to notify patients beforehand.
