How do I make an appointment for a colonoscopy in Richmond?

If you are having a procedure at one of Richmond’s area hospitals, please refer to their website or paperwork you may have been given as each location may have a slightly different policy. At this time, we are performing regular screening colonoscopies and all other ‘elective’ cases. To schedule any appointment, please call us at 804.285.8206.

Arrival Time

New patients should arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. If we have snow, ice, or other extreme weather, please call our office first to confirm your appointment.15

Cancellations

Please call us in advance to change or cancel your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than two business days prior to your appointment may result in a cancellation fee which is not covered by health insurance ($50 for a new office visit and $25 for a follow-up visit).
