Welcome to My River Health! My River Health will provide you with a secure method to manage your healthcare online. It allows you to request prescription renewals, request appointments, change demographic information and communicate with River Family Health Center and River Hospital – easily, safely and according to your schedule.

How do I contact my river health helpline?

If you do not have your log-in information or need assistance in accessing My River Health, please call the helpline at 315-482-1160. All calls will be returned within 3 business days.

What is the patient portal used for?

The patient portal is for routine management of your health care. If you are having a medical emergency, please call 911 or your health care provider's office immediately.
