What is the patient portal and how does it work?

The Patient Portal allows our patients access to their lab results, up coming appointments, medication records, health device tracking, pre-appointment registration, appointment check in, and our TELEVISITS! This system allows us to provide better service and helps our patients have access 24/7 to information they may need.

Enrollment Invitation – AllianceHealth Durant and Madill will send a text and / or email to the email address and/or cell phone number you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.
