You will be given a user name and password at the time you schedule an appointment. If you did not receive a username and password when scheduling, please call (787) 764-8880 and we will provide one.

Given that your password is secure and known only to you, we cannot tell you what your password is, but we can provide a temporary reset password that will allow you to log-in and set a new secure password
