How do I pay my Rochester Regional Health medical bills?

If you're new to MyCare and have not received an enrollment letter from us, you can request an activation code here. You will be prompted to answer a series of questions to help us verify your identity. If you are under 18 you must contact your Primary Care Physician to activate your account.

ACM Laboratories

For bills from ACM Medical Laboratories / Rochester Regional Health Laboratories for services received prior to January 4, 2021. Please note that the payment will be remitted to ACM Medical Laboratory, Inc. and will appear as such on your credit card statement.

Long Term Care

For bills from Demay Living Center, Hill Haven Nursing Home, Park Ridge Living Center, Edna Tina Wilson Living Center, Unity Living Center, and Clifton Springs Nursing Home.
