How do I access the patient portal?

The patient portal is designed to be easy to use and intuitive. Once you have established your account, simply select My Health to start viewing specific health information. If you have questions or concerns about how to find information, please feel free to call us at 1.877.621.8014.

Where can I enroll in-person at Rutland Regional Medical Center?

If you do not qualify, you can still enroll in-person at Outpatient Registration located on the main floor at Rutland Regional Medical Center. On Sept. 28 and 29, the Patient Portal experienced connectivity issues that prevented it from saving information.

Can I access my Rutland Regional patient portal records through Apple Health?

If so, you can now access your Rutland Regional Patient Portal records through the Apple Health app. If you don't have an iPhone, you can still download the HealtheLife app from the App Store. Since Rutland Regional's Patient Portal app is a Cerner HealtheLife application, it will have the Cerner HealtheLife image.

Where Does My Health Information Come From?

All of your information is pulled directly from your electronic health record. You will see information from your visits to all Rutland Regional provider locations.

What if My Medical Information is Incorrect?

If you've found an error or need information changed in your medical records, please fill out the Request for Amendment/Correction of Health Information Form. Once you've completed the form, please mail it to:

Can I Have Access to My Child's or to Another Adult's Medical Information?

Once proxy access is approved, you will receive an email invite. You must accept the email invite, which will then direct you to the next step to complete the proxy access. With proxy access, you are able to easily toggle back and forth between your personal medical record, and all proxy accounts to which you have been granted access.

How long does it take to enroll in UMC?

Enrollment takes less than five minutes. If you had a healthcare visit to UMC or El Paso Children's Hospital you should have received an invitation to enroll for the portal via email. If you did not receive an email, please visit the hospital's Registration Department for enrollment assistance.

How many characters should a password have?

Include upper and lower case characters. A password with at least six characters with both uppercase & lowercase letters, special characters and numbers is best for security. Include a mix of upper and lower case characters plus numbers.

Where is the lab icon on the portal?

Once inside the portal your homepage is the central point to access information. Click on this icon located on the top left of the web page to view your health record, lab results and other medical information. The portal includes other useful links at the top and bottom of the pages.
