What is the patient portal and how do I use it?

The patient portal is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It is a great tool to access your health information. The patient portal allows you to: View your most recent labs and imaging results.

How do I access the patient portal If I am visually-impaired?

Patients who are visually-impaired may access our patient portal by clicking here. For more information, call 667-234-2309.

How do I verify my identity to access the patient portal?

If all your information (first name, last name and date-of-birth) matches what is on file, you will be sent a PIN to your mobile device that you will need to enter to finalize your registration. Once your identity is verified, you'll be able to access your patient portal. Have questions or need help?
