How do I contact the patient portal?

If you have questions about the patient portal, please call 217-258-2516 or email: PatientPortal@sblhs.org Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm. If you are seeking medical record information prior to April 1, 2017, please contact your provider or call SBL Medical Record Management at 217-258-2536.

What are the support hours for the SBL patient portal?

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the SBL Patient Portal support hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Thank you for your understanding. To connect to our Patient Portal after April 1, 2017, you must have used one of our services. You will be asked at registration if you want to use the patient portal.

How do I get help with the hospital or practice portal?

For help accessing your health information through either the Hospital Portal or the Medical Practices Portal, call (802) 440-6000. Those who need help accessing the medical practice portal, e-mail wellness@svhealthcare.org. For help with the hospital patient portal by e-mail, send a message to contact_us_mp@svhealthcare.org .

How do I Reset my Password for the SBL patient portal?

If you are seeking assistance with resetting your password, you may call Cerner Customer Care at 1-877-621-8014. A representative is available 24/7 for assistance with password reset only. Your COVID-19 test results will appear on your SBL Patient Portal as soon as they are available.

Two Ways to Create Your MyHealthHome Account

Enrollment Invitation – South Baldwin Regional Medical Center will send a text and / or email to the email address and / or cell phone number you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.

Note to previous Portal Users

Previous Portal Users will need to create an account with MyHealthHome in order to continue accessing their personal health information. Information contained in the previous patient portal can still be accessed by contacting your local hospital. Click here for information on how to do that.
