How do I register for the SJRA patient portal?

HOW DO I REGISTER? Approximately five business days after your test, we will send a link to the email you verified on the day of your testing. When you click on the link, you will be taken to our SJRA Patient Portal and prompted to create a password.

How do I access my SJPN medical records?

My care Connection - access your medical records from your Saint Joseph Physician Network (SJPN) provider. Use the buttons below to access your medical records. To access your historical medical records you may need to create an account if you have not done so already.

St. Joe's Now Partnering with Cancer Care Northwest

St. Joseph Regional Medical Center is partnering with Cancer Care Northwest (CCNW) to offer radiation oncology physician services to patients in the Lewis-Clark Valley and surrounding areas. The partnership also brings an experienced, full-time board-certified radiation oncologist, Robert Fairbanks, MD, to the LC Valley.

For any assistance with accessing My Care Connection for your SJPN records, including password resets or technical support please call our support center at 1.877.621.8014. Please do not call your primary care physician.

Can I access my patient record if my last name is verified?

Once your identity is verified, you'll be able to access your patient record.

Can I share my medical records with Cerner?

Yes. Under Account Settings , select "change settings with Cerner Health" and select the Health Record tab to add your personal information. This information is for your own reference and will not be part of your hospital medical record. You may share this self-entered information by selecting "Share This Record.".
