St. Dominic Hospital and all associated clinics will be transitioning to a new electronic health record known as Epic with a new self-service patient portal, MyChart, on May 1, 2022. MyChart provides you with online access to your medical records.

St. Dominic’s patient portals allow you to securely view portions of your health information and stay better connected with your health care providers. These convenient and secure portals are available any time and from any device that can connect to the Internet.

Use of the Patient Access Center offers many benefits to both the physician and the patient. The Patient Access Center will not coordinate admission or transfer for some circumstances.
