Who is the new doctor at Summerwood Pediatrics?

A native of Syracuse, NY, Dr. Boulware joins Summerwood Pediatrics after completing her pediatric residency and a fellowship in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology at the University of Rochester where her research was focused on Adolescent and Young Adult Oncology.

How can I obtain a form or document from Summerwood?

Please follow our Facebook @summerwoodpediatrics for more up dated information. 2/22/21 : It is now an office policy that if you need to obtain a form or document electronically, you must have an active patient portal for us to send it to you. If you do not currently have access to you child's portal, please call the office for details.

How do I log into the Greenwood patient portal?

Click on ‘Patient Portal’ in the upper right hand corner at www.greenwoodpediatrics.com. Enter the log in information In the To field, select the patient’s doctor

Well Child Visits

Well care visits are scheduled Monday - Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm. We see all routine and follow up appointments by appointment only. If you would like to schedule an appointment please call the office during regular office hours.

Sick Child Visits

Sick visits are available throughout the day and after 3:30pm. Evening appointments are offered at our Liverpool location. Weekend sick visits are available Saturday mornings at the Liverpool location. West patients can be seen at our Liverpool office after hours and on weekend.

Telemedicine

We now have the ability to conduct some office visits via Telemedicine during our week day hours. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide Well Child Exams via this service due to the limitations on a video platform.

What is patient portal?

Our Patient Portal provides you with secure, online access to portions of your medical records as well as an easy and convenient way to communicate us through a secure internet connection.

How does the Patient Portal work?

Our patient portal helps you take a more active role in your healthcare and helps us create a more accurate record of your medical history as well as educate you on certain aspects of your health. It provides you with: 1 a more efficient way of communicating with our practice, eliminating phone tag. 2 the ability to print or download portions of your chart to take with you to other providers participating in your care, thus reducing the amount of paperwork you may need to fill out. 3 the documents, letters, and orders that might otherwise be mailed to you can be sent quickly and conveniently to your portal account. Keep in mind that you will continue to have access to these documents until you choose to delete them from your inbox, so you won’t have to worry about important medical papers or letters getting damaged or lost.
