Mobile food pantry fourth Saturdays!

We are hosting a mobile food pantry from Harvesters on the fourth Saturday of each month at the Kansas City, Kansas location! Patients, as well as members of the Greater Kansas City area that are in need of food, can visit Heartland Primary Care at 2040 Hutton Rd, Kansas City, Kansas, on the fourth Saturday of each month where they can receive food, at no cost and no proof of need.

Availability and how to access care after hours

All locations have regular office hours for routine appointments, and every clinician has same day appointment slots for urgent needs. If you cannot get into your primary care physician because they are already full or out of the office, you may see any other available clinician.
